After an unforgettable chapter, the time has come for Repose Space to close its doors.
Our final day of operation will be 10th March.
From day one, Repose was created to be more than just a studio. It was built as a space for restoration, resilience and real results. A place where people could step away from the noise and prioritise their wellbeing, whether through recovery, movement, biohacking or simply taking a moment to pause.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming thousands of you through our doors. You trusted us with your health, your goals, your routines and your time, and that trust has meant everything to our team.
We are incredibly proud of what was built here. The early mornings, the late nights, the sold out classes, the personal bests, the quiet reset sessions, the conversations in reception - every part of it mattered.
To our members, clients, practitioners, instructors, partners and supporters: thank you for being such a huge part of this journey. Repose Space was never just four walls, it was the people inside it.
As we move into our final weeks, we look forward to welcoming you in, celebrating the space together and finishing this chapter with the same energy and care it began with.

It's been a month since the clocks went back, meaning we technically gained an extra hour of sleep, but also lost so much of our daylight.
