Physical Assessment: In order to understand a rider’s limitations on the bike one needs a reasonable understanding of their physiology. We carry out a standing evaluation, assessing the way you stand, your foot posture/stability, spinal posture, differences in muscle bulk and any asymmetries present in the body. Next, a “range of motion” examination is carried out assessing hamstring, quads, glutes and hips. We check for a leg length discrepancy as well as assessing your feet. 120a Sheen Road

I’m happy to share that I have officially started my new position as a Biomechanics Bike Fit Technician at Bicycle Richmond, I am also extremely excited to be part of this amazing team offering a Bespoke bike fitting services using state of the art 4-point video analysis systems, Purely custom jig & gebioMized saddle pressure mapping. At bicycle our ethos is that the rider always comes first, we fit people, not bikes. At Bicycle we work with custom brands we love ranging from Sarto, Moots, NO22 and Independent Fabrication not forgetting the amazing shoe brand Lake shoes and G8 insoles.

As some of you know, Saturday the 27th of August 2022 is my last day with Panagua Bikes.
My time here has been overwhelmingly positive, The past 5 years have been an amazing ride that started with a small bike fitting area then developing into a well equipped bike fitting studio and a fantastic range of bikes such as BMC, Argon, Wilier and Basso including one of the best apparel cycling shoe brand Lake.
Before I leave, I want to let you all know how much I've enjoyed my time working for Panagua Bikes. This is an incredible Bike shop, and I feel fortunate to have been a part of it for these past five years. It's been a pleasure working with an amazing team past and present including meeting new and old clients and I wish you all nothing but the best.
