Class spotlight….. Pilates on a Monday morning 9.30am with . The Pilates system of strengthening mind and body exercises was devised by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. With emphasis on core strength, Pilates helps to build strength and balance in the whole trunk of the body with other moves added to build the arms, legs and whole back. Fleur’s classes are always fun but still challenging. Come and check out the class.

Are you back on your yoga mat yet? From everyone that I speak to, it’s clear that we are all running on our own timelines at the moment, some of us are already back in class, some are still thinking about it and some are just not sure what to do!

I for one, am back on my mat, practicing as much as possible and teaching 1-2-1s.
