Meeting some of the participants from The Bulletproof Morning🌞
Last month, I got to meet up with some of the incredible participants of the Bulletproof Morning - 30 day Healthy Habit Building Challenge, and let me tell you, these guys are seriously impressive!💪🏼
It's amazing to see how they managed to build healthy habits and transform their lives in just 30 days with the help of this program.👏🏼
We had such a great time catching up and talking about life and things that matter.
From daily meditation to goal setting, these guys crushed it!👊🏼 They all agreed that the program provided them with a solid foundation for building healthy habits that will last.🙌🏼

Hey friend! 👬 Happy day!
Here’s a good approach to life I discovered that has brought me tremendous benefits!
To always expect the best from people until they prove otherwise.
Do you think it’s a good approach?
🧑 it's easy to judge or assume the worst about someone based on their appearance, background or past experiences, but remember that everyone has the potential to surprise you with their stories and goodness.
I’m not saying we shouldn’t judge at all, but to give the benefit of doubt.
‼️ Another important thing to remember is that our expectations can often shape our reality.
⚖️I When we expect the best from people, we are more likely to receive positive interactions and experiences from them.
Conversely, if we approach people with a negative attitude and low expectations, we may unintentionally push them away or miss out on opportunities to connect with them.
I mean, this is not saying let’s all be naive.
But we tend to get what we expect! So why not go with the positive idea first?!
What’s your thoughts on this?
Do you give people the benefit of doubt or you normally assume they will take advantage?

I’ve unplugged from what SOCIETY tell us was important & focused ONLY on what I knew was important.
Personal Development
Reading , Podcast
Being coached
Spiritually
Fitness
Business , Creating
Family, Friendship, Great relationships
OQP - Only Qualify People.
The result:
I’ve never been happier, clearer, more purposeful, certain, more confident, fearless , impactful and a more resourceful human being!
These things are not that complicated, however they require a strong Desire, Persistence and Discipline to keep going despite not seeing immediate results.

💪 Do you have self-confidence?💪

One of the biggest wins of having confidence is that it frees you to go where your heart must go!
Confidence gives you strength and It generates an energy that captures the conscious attention of others in your presence.

💪 For most of what I know, I am generally perceived as confident and to a certain extent, that's true but I can confess that there has always been something unsettle within me. If in certain situations I can be confident, in others I was not.
Certain situations were still causing a certain feeling of not knowing what I was doing or what to do. This is not fear, which is fine.
🧐. In a corporate environment, we're taught to firmly shake hands, look in the eyes, walk straight etc. All signs of confidence, right?
What I notice is that a lot of these are pretending to be confident, acting confidently but most of it, come down as situational confidence.
💪 Studying myself and subjects of human character I became to discover that, nothing will give you more confidence than knowing yourself.
I can assure you, when you know yourself and have the awareness of who you really are, accept it or change what's not right inside, you become powerful.
☑️ This is what is called Self-Image based confidence, not dependent on external factors, it comes from within.
So, knowing myself gives me unshakeable confidence, not that situational confidence.
If your self-image is not that strong, start developing it by incorporating traits you want to. Get to know yourself.
☑️ The second step is to understand your strengths and weaknesses, by being extremely honest with yourself, you will find the weaknesses far outweigh the strengths.
With this awareness, your focus should be on developing your strengths and become friends with them.
