I used to get panic attacks
 in elevators, cars, traffic, public transport
 even the smallest spaces could feel suffocating. 😰

It wasn’t just “anxiety”, it was fear speaking, and for a long time, it controlled me.

Through trauma work and hypnosis, I learned that while I might still feel anxious sometimes, I don’t have to be ruled by it anymore. I took control back. đŸ’Ș I understand my triggers, I cope, and I can navigate spaces that once felt impossible.

My brain is constantly rewiring itself for growth and confidence.
I choose thoughts that strengthen my mind and support my future.
Every day this April, I build new neural pathways for discipline and focus.
I am safe to change, safe to grow, and safe to become stronger.
My repeated actions are shaping a smarter, calmer, more resilient brain.
I release old patterns and train my brain to expect success.
Small daily wins are physically changing my brain in positive ways.
This new month activates a new version of me.

Repeat daily for 30–60 days.
Say them out loud.
Feel emotion while saying them.
Visualize while repeating.
