Very nice Shihan Attila Kun.. Respect & Osu..!

RESPECT
Respect is the foundation of true strength.
It is shown not in words, but in actions—
in how we bow, how we train, and how we treat others.
Respect your teachers, for they guide your path.
Respect your opponents, for they help you grow.
Respect your training, for it shapes your character.
And above all, respect yourself—
for without self-respect, nothing else can stand.
In Kyokushin, respect is not optional.
It is the spirit behind every movement,
the discipline behind every strike,
and the humility behind every victory.
Osu.
