If you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis or just get stiff feet give this a go. I use the spiky ball on my feet about twice a week and my foot and ankle movement always feel significantly improved after. If you have any foot stiffness or pain it is worth exploring the cause such as footwear or walking mechanics. I recommend checking out for a shoe that allows significantly more movement through the foot while helping to develop strength. I started walking short distances in Vivos about 8 years ago and incrementally increased distance, now they are my favourite running and walking shoes.

In light of recent government announcements, we wanted to reassure you that as Allied Health Professionals we are able to continue treating patients.

We know that many of you are working from home with sub-ideal workstations, often for longer hours than ever before and with less opportunity to move your bodies or exercise. We are working on some short stretch routines that will be available on YouTube for free. Further updates coming soon.

In the meantime we want to reassure you that we are working hard to conform to government guidelines and continue providing a high standard of care for our community.

By training a broad range of movement and thought patterns we can develop complex systems without having to put different practices into boxes. By doing this we can trial what works for us and excel in a way that is only possible for you. This is only likely when we play with many approaches and allow ourselves to make mistakes.
