Power-Ragers doing what we do best, punching above our weight in the mixed category with just 5 men and 15 women against crews with 10 men 10 women.
Well done to BDA race newbies Iain and Jess 🙏
Our highlight was the final of the 470m mixed when we emerged as the leading London crew 💪
Also bumped into two Rage legends Tak Liu and Wendy Liu 🥰

Sunday paddle doing a few laps of the dock with a couple of guest paddlers from Chadwell Dragons aboard.
Ended the session with a tug of war....4 guys, 1 girl vs 4 girls, 1 guy!
