This time next week, we’ll be heading to the Greenwood Theatre for the first day of our technical rehearsals… and we honestly can’t wait! ✨

This weekend marks our final rehearsals at the Academy as we spend every minute staging, practising and perfecting before taking over the theatre next weekend. The excitement is definitely building, and we can’t wait to see all of our hard work come to life on stage.

A reminder to all families that there will be no classes at Queen’s College, Marylebone next weekend. Instead, please refer to your rehearsal schedule for your child’s allocated drop-off time at the Greenwood Theatre on Saturday.

With over 200 pupils taking part in our biggest show yet, we really need everyone to work together as a team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Please take a moment to read our top tips for a successful show run-up, including labelling costumes, arriving performance-ready, getting plenty of rest, attending rehearsals and listening carefully to your teachers and chaperones.

Every small detail helps us create an incredible experience for our dancers and audience alike. Thank you for your support and organisation!

Miss Siana and Miss Lauren had the most wonderful evening in London’s West End watching our very own Eira star as Lavender in Matilda the Musical!

Eira, you were absolutely fantastic – a complete superstar! 🌟

Please arrive with hair done and ready for both rehearsals and show weekend to help us make the most of our time together. ✨

Stage makeup is completely optional, but we do encourage a little makeup where possible, as bright stage lights can wash out facial features and expressions. Our guide offers a simple, age-appropriate approach for those who would like to wear it.

Remember, we’ll also have photographers and our social media team capturing the excitement throughout the weekend! 📸
