Some of you may not know… but many years ago I was lucky enough to play professional football. ⚽️

Life moves fast, careers change, priorities shift, and before you know it the boots are tucked away collecting dust.

But today, I was given an incredible opportunity to roll back the years and play at the iconic Emirates Stadium — the home of the Premier League champions. What an experience. 🙌

The sunshine was shining, the atmosphere was unbelievable, and for a few hours it felt like stepping back into a chapter of life I’ll always be grateful for.

Safe to say the body is feeling it now… 😅 but every ache was worth it.

A day I won’t forget anytime soon. ❤️⚽️
