Happy Monday, everyone 🤩 How are you doing? Finally, some beautiful sunshine in London and more to come 🌞 It’s so lovely to be back in my fave London Pilates spot - the Paddington rainforest 🌳

Today’s workout is a delicious mobility session 🙌🏼 Using the MiniBall, you’ll mobilise your entire body - hips, shoulders and spine 💪🏼 No MiniBall? Just use a small cushion instead ☺️

Is there a better way to end a week or start a new week then with some divine stretches?🧐 Nope! These beauties will mobilize your entire body: shoulders, back, hips and everything in between. Moving your spine in every direction it was designed to move 😋. Save and do these any time so you & your body feel darn good. Maybe for your warm up, cool down or just on their own 😊. 

Do each yummy move gently x8-10 on each side. ⚠️You should never feel any pain while stretching & if so, then don’t continue. Enjoy 😉

I’ve always been a big fan of dynamic stretches. I favour them over static stretches but, as with all things in life, you need a good mix of everything 😍

A favourite movement concept of mine is creating “opposition” within ones own body. E.g. reaching your arm forwards & drawing your hips back/reaching one hand away from the other like opposing magnets/ your tailbone gently being pulled in one direction & the crown of your head in the other/ your hands reaching forwards as your shoulders draw back. So many ways to create this awesome “opposition” to lengthen your spine & muscles by creating pulls in 2 different directions 🥰 
 
It’s been ages since I posted stretching moves. I still don’t quite feel 💯🥴 So I really longed for & needed these moves. Bizarrely my recovery is longer than when I had COVID! 🤷🏻‍♀️
 
Anyway, let’s all raise our glasses to a new week 🥂. Take care & have a fab week ahead 💗😘💗

Happy Friday night everyone 🥰. We’re all donning our sequins for the first time this year💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽!!! We’re heading to a 2 year old party (socially distanced, of course) so a wild night ahead 🍕🎂 🎁 🍰🍾🥂. We may only be going to our local pizza joint but In this climate we will seize ANY opportunity to dress up just a little 😂😂 Maybe I’ll even be in bed late tonight (9pm is really late these day!)…. We’re obviously very humbled by all of this😂😂😂…

Happy bank holiday everyone!! Tonight was a ‘Pizza and Prosecco’ night as opposed to ‘Pilates and Prosecco’. Rather embarrassingly today is the first day I’ve ever made a pizza 🍕!! Sadly cooking isn’t in my top 5 skills (ok 50!!). I hope you all had a wonderful weekend 😘😘😘 @ Peacock Pilates

Happy Thursday everyone! Finally the sunshine is back🌞😎☀️. Yippee! I LOVE my new top from 🥰. Pilates Police: To Serve and Correct😜. Genius!

My dear friends know I have a penchant for dressing up (especially as a cop!).

One Halloween in NYC, I dressed up as one of NYPD‘s finest 👮‍♀️ . As the night wore on and martinis 🍸 🍸🍸 flowed, I took things a little far (what me?!) and believed that I was a cop and my duty was to “serve and protect”. I then lived out one of my lifetime dreams of commandeering a vehicle.

As the bemused driver, kindly drove my friend (also a phony cop) and I home, he told me that he was an undercover police officer. I told him sternly (in my very British accent): “it was a criminal offense to impersonate and officer and he wasn’t in my precinct”. Eventually (after being exhausted by my demands to prove it and show me his gun), he asked me to look at his jacket in the back of the car... and…holy cr@p, it read “NYPD”😳. Luckily he found it all highly amusing and I didn’t get arrested 🚔🤣.
