I’ve spent years comparing myself to others, athletes, coaches, men I used to watch.

What I learned is that comparison robs you twice: once of gratitude, and again of growth. The moment I focused on refinement instead of comparison, my life started to change.

You don’t win by measuring against others. You win by measuring against who you were yesterday!

I often hear the same thing, 'I'm not seeing results even though I'm doing everything right'😭
