Four Westminster leisure centres have achieved one of Quest’s two highest ratings, with Paddington Recreation Ground and Porchester Centre both receiving an ‘excellent’ rating, while Moberly Sports Centre and Queen Mother Sports Centre were rated ‘very good’.
