🏐 It’s beach volleyball but not as you’ve known it as Queen & King of the Court takes place indoors for the first time on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 November at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. 20 of the world's best teams are in action including England's Bello brothers.

🎾 Then all eyes will be on the Copper Box Arena for the Ultimate Tennis Showdown Grand Final. Taking place from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 December, British No.1 Jack Draper and defending champion Alex de Minaur are among the eight ATP stars looking to lift the Zeus trophy.

England's Women are in ODI action against their Indian counterparts at Lord's while across town Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Josh Kerr and Matthew Hudson-Smith are among the Team GB standouts joining the likes of international superstars Noah Lyes and Femke Bol in the Diamond League fixture at London Stadium.

For those in need of a rugby fix after the British & Lions take on Australia tomorrow morning there's sevens action in the capital courtesy of the LITS 7s in west London. 70 teams from the UK and overseas will take part. Then all eyes will be on Wembley Stadium as Greenwich's Daniel Dubois collides with Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk. The winner will be crowned the undisputed world heavyweight champion of the world.

Into the bank holiday weekend and the Aquatics Centre is the place to be for a stellar line-up of international swimmers taking part in the AP Race London International. And you can be there!

The 2025 Women's Six Nations Grand Slam decider is on! England v France this Saturday is a 4.45pm kick-off.

🎾 Congratulations to Mika Stojsavljevic (U18 Girls winner) and Oliver Bonding (U18 Boys winner) who had a very Good Friday at the 2025 Lexus Junior National Championships, following in some illustrious footsteps.

Next stop for Mika and Oliver, a wild card to the Wimbledon Qualifying Tournament and guaranteed entry to the Junior Championships at Wimbledon. Remember the names!
