در مرگ و زاده شدن هاست.
در تجربه کردن ها.

و زنده نگه داشتن آتش درون و رویایی سبز در قلبت که نیرو محرکه تو در مسیره.

I first read “Waking Up in a New World” in the middle of my own chaos—
when life had brought me to my knees,
and I had just begun to ask life’s big questions.

Since then, I’ve read it again and again.
Each time, something new speaks to me.
Each time, I see myself differently.

And now, here I am again,
feeling the pull to read it once more.
Because something in me still needs to remember.

From that quiet space, these words poured through me:

I dream of a world where love is eternal.
Where, as parents—by blood or by heart—
we choose not to pass on the weight of our wounds.
Where we lay down generations of inherited pain,
and turn our suffering into love,
into awareness.

For our children.
And for the world they will grow in.

Love. Peace. Stillness.
Always.

این متن “بیدار شدن در دنیای جدید” رو چندین سال پیش خونده بودم، در حالیکه در بحرانی ترین وضعیت خودم بودم و شروع کرده بودم به سوال پرسیدن از خودم و معنای زندگی!

طی این سالها بارها خوندمش، و هر بار حس و دیدگاه جدیدی رو ازش گرفتم.

و الان در این نقطه از زندگیم دوباره بهش رجوع کردم و احساس کردم که چقدر نیاز دارم به خوندن دوباره و دوباره اش!

و در پس خوانش این متن، این نوشته ها در من جاری شد:
جهانی رو آرزو میکنم که در اون عشق یک وجود نامتناهیست… جاییکه که به عنوان والد (نه صرفاً ژنتیکی) تصمیم میگیریم به زمین بگذاریم زخم و ترومای چندین ساله اجدادی مان را، و دردهایمان را نه به نفرت، بلکه به عشق و آگاهی تبدیل سازیم!

به خاطر فرزندانمان و برای آینده!
عشق، صلح، آرامش🤍✨

Our Firsts Stay With Us Forever!

How blessed I am to keep meeting people who are pure light، who shine in their own way and leave an influence that guides me toward a path filled with purpose and aliveness.

Thank you, Enikő, for inviting me as a guest teacher in your retreat and for encouraging me to lead my FIRST class in English. You knew how challenging it was for me, yet you trusted me completely.

I also want to thank Shima, my FIRST teacher back in my home country, who always welcomed and encouraged me to start teaching—even when I didn’t feel ready.

To both Shima and Enikő, thank you for your support and for providing a safe, welcoming space for me to take my FIRST steps. May I always remember this and carry forward the kindness you have shown me.
