Because of the strict lockdown rules in Italy, our athletes there couldn't run outdoors for almost two months.
What to do in these extreme circumstances to maintain some sort of physical and mental fitness in running, when also swimming was out of the equation and cycling only possible on the turbo?
I followed Brett 'The Doc' Sutton advice and experimented with the jump rope.
Here's what my athletes say about their experience with the new routine.

I initially 'tri-ed' it randomly. I wanted to improve my swimming technique and get fit after a few years of university/punk-rock lifestyle. I was still skiing and climbing, but it was all mixed up with lots of drinking and partying. So, after a holiday to Corsica, I looked up swimming cl

Are You Training Too Much? Too Hard? — nicolabusca.com
You need to train to improve your fitness level. Daah! "That's something we already know," you may argue. But how much training is enough and when does it become too much? How do you know that your current workload is adequate for what your body can actually take it? I'm asking these quest
