With the outdoor bowls season now at an end, our club is closed until the Spring. Still a beautiful place as the leaves change colour during Autumn.

In bowls the player with their Wood nearest to the Jack (the white ball) wins the “End”. Generally the winner is obvious, but sometimes it is too close to call, and “it’s a measure” is declared! This leads to an accurate measurement to determine the outcome.

One internal competition match and a roll up triples, both played in a good spirit at today!
