12 hard weeks of work comes to an end this Saturday
•
put himself through a serious mental and physical battering to get to this point.
Would be easy to lie and say it’s been a perfect camp, but it’s been tough coming back from a long layoff and retuning the body.
Finding his sharpness, re establishing his style and adapting to training and work life balance has been all part of this come back process.
We’ve never feared a challenge and we attacked this last 12 weeks as hard as we could.

We’ve got insane passion for this and together we’ve always set our goals as high as possible.
I’m very meticulous in my approach to whatever I do and this camp I’ve given my brother as much as I can to get him to peak for this night as he reinstates himself on the boxing scene.
Step one is this Saturday at York Hall.

-Conventional bicep curls using an arm blaster, rep range: 10-12.
Again, focus on the squeeze and a slow negative to get that real pump 💥✅
