New week, and another class added! We’ll see you at our barre at 8.30&9.45 on Wednesday!

January is a long month…but on the upside there are still 2 weeks to get back to be barre in 2026!

Ramping up classes for 2026! Adding more classes in the coming weeks! Looking forward to seeing you in January!

We start this autumn with great classes, but an abbreviated schedule. Join Susanna and the fabulous BARREtique community in person or on Zoom! Booking essential. Studio classes £15 right off Hampstead High Street.

Celebrating our BARREtique community of women on 💫💫💫💫

You amazing women build each other up, celebrate successes, share the burden of life’s struggles - all while pliéing, planking, grimacing and laughing side by side at our barre each morning.

This may only be a niche barre business in Hampstead, but it is undoubtedly the best…because of the women who have made it so!

Vacations are a thing! 🏝️🏝️ We will keep you fit at the barre 🩰💪 (thank you Susanna!!!!), but with a slightly abbreviated schedule. If you want to join class, try our usual routes, or email [email protected]

Procrastination is over, it time to get back to the barre in the New Year. 🎉 Making time for yourself (and having a fairly good sense of humour 😂) is all that we ask!

Join us at the barre this week for BARREtique’s annual WEEK OF GRATITUDE! All class fees and you additional generous donations go directly to the Child’s Hill Food Bank.

You give yourself an hour workout at our barre, we give your class fees to help those who need it most. Giving has never felt so good.

Spaces still in class on Wednesday and Friday at 8.30 & 9.45. Thursday Zoom at 8.45, Sunday Zoom at 10. DM to reserve a spot.

Happy Halloween 🎃 from BARRE-bie World! These days the Real World is scary enough! Couldn’t resist the chance to dress up as for class today! Not a releve in sight…heels were firmly flat! Great laughter all around! Thanks to everyone who indulged in the hilarity! One more chance to catch Weird Barre-bie on Zoom this Thursday!
