RFU Home Turf

From Friday 14-Sunday 16th August, we host IBSA at the stadium. We expect around 12,000 per day.

There will not be any road closures or CPZ in place as arrival will be spread throughout the day. However it may be busier than usual at Twickenham station over the weekend.

We will have some stewards around the area just to help with wayfinding for visitors.

🐓 ROOST Festival 🐔

We are thrilled to invite our neighbours to ROOST! ROOST is the ultimate celebration of chicken, bringing together the UK's best street food traders for an international food festival. There will be demonstration cooking sessions and tasting sessions.

The event will take place in the West Fan Village from 21-23rd August. It is a daytime event with around 3,000 guests each day.

BARBARIANS v WALES

Saturday 27th June
Men kick off 1400, Women kick off 1700.
Expected attendance 15,000.

We do not anticipate any road closures prior to the event.
We may need to close Whitton & Rugby Roads at around 1540 for approximately 30 minutes. London Road will remain open at all times. Live traffic updates will be provided as usual on the Resident’s WhatsApp Group and on Twitter

The CPZ will not be in place for this event but there will be local authority traffic wardens on patrol.

⚫️🟠PREMIERSHIP FINAL🟢🟠

The Gallagher Premiership Final (Northampton Saints v Exeter Chiefs) will take place on Saturday 20th June.

Kick off is 1500. It will be a full house at 82,000.

Whitton, Rugby & London Roads will close 1300-1500 and 1630-1900. The CPZ will be in place 1100-2300.

Live traffic updates will be posted on the day on the local WhatsApp channel and on Twitter .

The RFU will soon be submitting a new planning application to Richmond Council to increase the allowance of major non-sporting events, like concerts, at Allianz Stadium from three to up to 15 per year.

Ahead of submission, we will also be hosting community update events where you can speak to the team directly about the proposals.

Both events will take place in the Clubhouse Bar & Kitchen, Level 4, East Stand. To access, please enter via the gates between Gate E and Gate F.
