The Happy World Company started being an Inspiring Blog, where all we wanted to do is to be practical in a way to make sure people and ourselves could understand the reason we live the way we do and the reason we feel as we do. Human behavior is one of our passions, human brain, people, irrationalities, we love this! We have now understood how much can we learn about others once we learn about our

selves. Living experiences and meeting people is such an awesome way of doing this. The experience of the Funder, Nerea Carrión in one of the biggest brokers companies of the world, Tullett Prebon inspired her even more to build The Happy World Company as she found how frustrated some of her colleagues were and unhappy sometimes. She could not just stay quite and accept it! She needed to tell them and everyone that HAPPINESS IS IN OUR GENES, and that we all have passions and a BIG POTENTIAL inside! Then we started to be more and more curious about these topics, falling into "Challenge yourself coaching" (known as Life-business coaching) and then into Motivational-Inspiring Workshops, two things we get very excited about it each time we do it! The name The Happy World Company comes from the fact that we know Emotional Intelligence can make the difference in anyone´s life. How powerful it is, when we can just put beautiful thoughts into an uncomfortable or unlike situation? And then feel good about it? We believe the world would look very different if we had had different education, by focusing in our passions, strengths and values instead of focusing in the opposite. We are aware of the many ways of educating and not everyone have got this one we are describing, however big amount of us felt different or misunderstood in school and so still now. We know there are many things to do to "change the world into a HAPPY one", and so we know "by focusing-improving ourselves is the first step of starting this change!". Let´s just clarify something, is NOT about being HAPPY AT ALL TIMES, but about being able to get that BALANCE and not to get that affected when external things happen to us by managing our thoughts :)
