I am very much still out and about, and busy as ever 😎, but I just don't use this page much to be honest.

💜⭕️💥 What a fantastic weekend at The Big Retreat The Big Retreat Festival in Lawrenny, Pembrokeshire, South Wales!

Powerhoop were invited to teach two classes at this top UK wellness and wellbeing festival - and what an amazing festival it is!

⭕️Absolutely loved hooping at The Big Retreat Festival all weekend!

🔥It was hot hot hot on the Sunday, these guys were hooping in 28 degrees!

Just a brilliant experience and so many photos and videos!

Wow, that's a wrap for one fantastic weekend - The Big Retreat Festival thank you for making my first-ever festival an amazing experience!

Here's my entire 4-day festival experience wrapped into 90 seconds.... 😎

⭕️ 🚗 The hoops and I travelled 300 miles from London for an ace weekend of friends, movement, incredible live music, stunning views, great food, lots and lots of laughter and of course, I arrived feeling lucky and privileged to have been invited to teach my beloved Powerhoop and share the weighted hoop love!

💥 What a welcome from the festival hooping crowd!! Festival hooping is where it's at - fresh air, views and being outside 🙌

😍Memories were made this weekend at The Big Retreat festival - and that's what life is about- so thank you to the Big Retreat team for the opportunity and the experience 🫶🏻

Huge shout out to my fitness buddies Marie Tur and Jessica Kate Greaves and our fabulous weekend crew Lisa Tur, my Mike Sharp , Kieran, Carla and Hugo for the laughs, support and love 💜

How very lucky I feel to do what I love and have these incredible experiences 🙏

💜⭕️💥 absolutely LOVE my Thursday mornings with my Nuffield Enfield Powerhoop crew - these ladies are flipping brilliant!

⭕️ We have been hooping together in our weekly Powerhoop class since last September, and their progress and work ethic is incredible 👏🎉

🎉 What a joy to have this 'job' and meet incredible ladies like this who choose to spend their Thursday morning workout time with me - that decision they take is never taken for granted, but this is why I do what I do 🫶🏻

💜⭕️💥 It might still be nine weeks until the Lancashire Fitness Festival Lancashire Fitness Festival - but I'm already so excited to be taking my hoops back to present two live Powerhoop workouts!

🏃‍♀️This fitness weekend event launched last year in July 2025 and it was brilliant - such a friendly event vibe and everyone had a lot of fitness fun in the sun 🌞
