Who said you can’t lose weight over Christmas?
I still enjoyed multiple servings of Christmas dinner and Christmas pudding. New Years Resolutions aren’t really resolutions. Few people keep to them. So if you want to lose weight do it for you, not because society expects you to lose weight every new year.

Hey fellow ADHDers!
Here’s something most men with ADHD know but hide from because it’s an ugly truth:
You think your problem is getting started or time when it comes to losing weight but you’re thinking about it wrong.
The real issue is STRUCTURE.
Here are 3 actionable steps you can get to work on today to help you get moving and fix what’s not working.
1 - Keep your workouts short and simple. It’s much better to turn up and do 10mins than not turn up at all! (That 10 minutes of motivation will probably motivate you to workout longer)
2 - Keep your meals simple too. Forget making recipes that require lots of time. Keep it simple.
3 - Do SOMETHING daily. Do something ANYTHING daily and build those good habits.
