Often we focus too much on the broken and how to fix it, heal it, or โget ridโ of it. This quote really resonated with me today and sounds so beautiful to remind us to re-discover our unbroken parts again.

Serenity in winter... Walking gently amongst giants. Taking in the beauty surrounding us while some of us cope with deep sadness. Inviting it in and feeling it, letting it flow though us. Walking it off or walking with it. Breathing the air. Being amongst trees, creatures so old and wise that hold us grounded as their feet and roots are solidly entertained beneath our feet. As the year comes to a close, what may you reflect on? Can sadness get a gentle loving holding place within, at times needing more and other other times less attention?
