Hello T’ai Chi people, I hope you had a restful end of the year and are having a nice start of 2026.
I wanted to thank you for another T’ai Chi and Qigong year together; thank you for your enthusiasm, patience, energy and kindness, thank you for allowing me to share what I know with you and for helping me to improve my T’a Chi and Qigong skills, I am a perpetual student of T’ai Chi.
Thank you for allowing me to develop as a teacher and to grow as a better person.
I hope to see you all next week

T’ai Chi is the art of attuning with the way of things, of using with instead of against. Timing is crucial. Instead of struggling against things, T’ai Chi finds the opportune opening into the within of them.

Hello all
I hope you had a joyful and peaceful summer and managed to enjoy the sun.
A short note to gehgvntly remind you all that the T’ai Chi and Qigong sessions will be resuming at their usual times and venues on the second week of September.
South Norwood Leisure Centre sessions will resume on Tuesday the 10th of September from 11:30 to 1:00, please contact the leisure centre for more information and to register.
T’ai Chi and qigong in Crystal Place will resume on Tuesday the 10th of September from 7:30 to 9:00 pm at the Phoenix Centre at the Crystal Palace triangle, please see leaflet for information
