✨ Yesterday was our last Sound Bath of 2024, and the day after the winter solstice 🌒

Finding ourselves in the quiet pause between endings and new beginnings, through ritual, we reflected on what no longer serves us, creating space to welcome in fresh energy as we move into the New Year 🍃 A year filled with possibility, hope and growth 🌱✨

Deepest gratitude to everyone who has joined me for a sound bath this year, the unique energy you bring and being open to receiving the beauty and wisdom of this ancient practice 💕

✨ When you treat your bestie to a birthday sound bath ✨

It was such a pleasure to guide these two beautiful souls in meditation followed by a sound bath with twinkly lights, oracle cards, crystals, essential oils and chakra healing. They bought so much love and joy into my yoga studio. It was a gorgeous afternoon 🦋💫💕

This weekend we had another powerful afternoon sitting in circle with a beautiful group of ladies. An honour, as always, to hold space with the incredible .psychotherapist.

We explored many themes including world pain, bearing witness in dark times, identity and what it means to be in community. So much was revealed, spoken, seen and heard, interwoven with ritual and meditation, held by each other and Mother Earth in never-ending circle.

We ended the afternoon with our hands on our hearts breathing in love for ourselves and breathing love out into the world, turning towards the light. ‘Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that.’
