Should you do Pilates or strength training? My answer is: BOTH!

Pilates strengthens your stabilisers, corrects your posture, and builds long, lean muscles.

Strength training builds power and bone density.

The magic happens when you combine both, and that’s exactly what we do at PBB in our Level-Up classes.

I do Pilates so I can move through life feeling strong! 🤍
