So here it is! This week we are trying to raise as much money as a gym as we can for The British Heart Foundation ❤️💙

You can catch the team training on the hour every hour throughout the week as well as some tasty treats and impeccable cups of coffee available, not forgetting some incredible classes to raise that heart rate and raise awareness!

Any donations are greatly appreciated! There is a QR code over in the functional area where our workouts will be going down!

If you see Lyndsey or Ash at the front desk, they can also collect donations as well 🙏
