Lyndsey joins the team from Crayford after successfully promoting from PT/FC! 🏆
Lyndsey has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry from swimming, to running, to lifting on the gym floor and regularly competes in Hyrox and hybrid events! 🥵
Lyndsey will be on hand to support members with their goals and their fitness journey whilst ensuring the gym is moving smoothly 😎
