SHOULDER MOUNT CONDITIONING TIP- If your Shoulder Mount feels stuck… and your hips just WON’T lift 😭🍑 Then try this!
One of the biggest struggles in Shoulder Mounts is getting the hips UP and OVER.
In a Shoulder Mount your back is naturally in a more arched position, which means your lower core and hip flexors have to work even harder to lift the hips.
A lot of people understand the technique…
…but the body still feels “stuck” or heavy.
This is why targeted conditioning matters ✨
This is the END goal version of the exercise — but inside the new Shoulder Mount conditioning workouts we build up to this step-by-step 💪
This exercise looks simple… until you try it 🔥

💪 Helping you build strength for Pole

Getting stronger for pole doesn’t always look very serious in this house ✨
I’m convinced pole dancers physically cannot cross train normally.
Give us a pull-up bar, a bench and a good playlist…
and suddenly it turns into a full performance for absolutely no reason.
But honestly?
This is exactly why I love cross training for pole.
Strength training doesn’t HAVE to feel boring or robotic to be effective.
You’re way more likely to stay consistent when movement still feels expressive, musical and fun 🤍
Welcome to the chaotic world of Pole Rage® We’re evolving ✨
What I love most about Pole Straps… is watching people realise they’re capable of more than they thought 🤍
I think from the outside, Pole Straps can look intimidating or super advanced 😅
But once people actually try it?
Something shifts.
You start moving differently.
You start trusting your body more.
And suddenly spins that felt impossible start feeling floaty, controlled and FUN.
Honestly, one of the most common things I hear after class is:
💬 “Now I don’t want to go back to normal pole.”
And I get it 😭
Because Pole Straps feels:
✨ freeing
✨ expressive
✨ confidence-building
✨ challenging in the best way possible
But it’s also incredibly educational.
It teaches you so much about:
🤍 shoulder engagement
🤍 movement control
🤍 stability
🤍 momentum
🤍 confidence in the air
The best part?
You do NOT need to be advanced BUT you do need to be comfortable holding your bodyweight.
I teach progressively, step by step, so you build confidence after every spin — and most people end up surprising themselves with what they can actually do ✨
If you’ve been curious about Pole Straps…
this is your sign to finally try it 🤍

HOW TO POLE CLIMB ON SPIN POLE ✨
Tips to Dance Your Climb
A climb isn’t just a way to get higher on the pole…
It’s part of the movement ✨
One of the biggest things that transforms spin pole is learning how to carry movement THROUGH the spin instead of stopping every time you hit a shape.
Try:
✨ holding the shape longer
✨ extending the leg
✨ opening the chest
✨ adding arm pathways
✨ softening the exit
✨ letting the movement breathe
Beautiful spin pole isn’t about doing the hardest tricks.
It’s about control, intention, timing, and how you connect movement together 🤍
This is exactly what we’ll be exploring in my upcoming spin workshop with ✨
We’ll be building elegant spin combinations focused on:
✨ flow
✨ expression
✨ musicality
✨ transitions
✨ stamina
✨ beautiful connected movement
No crazy tricks required…
…unless you really want them 😌 then I’m happy to oblige.

SPIN POLE VS. STATIC POLE - The power you put into your first step changes EVERYTHING on spin pole. 👀✨
One of the biggest mistakes I see?
People treat spin pole like static pole 😭
On static, we often swing the leg hard to create momentum…
…but on spin pole, that same aggressive push can actually make you:
✨ lose control
✨ spin too fast
✨ feel dizzy
✨ panic through transitions
Instead, think about creating a controlled pivot and intentional push into the floor.
The more grounded and controlled that first step is, the MORE control you’ll have over the spin.
Spin pole shouldn’t feel like survival mode 😅
It should feel smooth, controlled, and connected.
This is one of the key things we’ll be working on in my upcoming Spin Pole: Combos & Transitions workshop with 🤍

Pole Trick Tip for BALLERINA for Pole Dancing
If you’re struggling to get your leg around in Ballerina? ✋🩰
Try this quick fix: create space.
Ballerina is one of those moves that can feel impossible… until you understand the mechanics behind the hip placement.
If you feel:
• stuck in the shape
• trapped through your shoulder
• or like you’re “not flexible enough”
this tutorial is for you 🤍
In this Pole Education session, I’ll show you why staying too upright might actually be blocking your progress. By pushing the hips back and opening through the waist, you create more space for the leg to wrap around the pole — while also taking pressure out of the shoulder.
Don’t get me wrong — Ballerina still requires shoulder, back, and hip mobility. But sometimes a small technical adjustment can completely change how the move feels ✨
