We are one of the largest sporting societies within King's College London and offer all students the chance to play and develop their tennis, regardless of playing standard. Whether it is your first time picking up a racket, or you are seasoned competitor - we have dedicated training sessions and competitions for you, which will run weekly throughout the year. Yesterday’s LUSL Individuals Singles Championships witnessed inspired tennis from LUSL 2’s and .alex , in a display of grit, determination and blinding self-belief. Three of KCL Tennis’s finest battled their lungs out, firing shots of blazing viciousness, gliding on the court with dexterity beyond compare, and exhibiting tireless tenacity throughout the tournament.
Seemingly on a mission to make waves on the LUSL scene, showed everyone he is HIM as he upset the 4th, 3rd, and 2nd seeds before being kind enough not to embarrass the 1st seed in the semi-finals, showing true humility in accepting a well-deserved bronze medal 🥉 to cap off the championships.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are proud to announce that KCL Tennis has been awarded Middlesex Tennis University of the Year 2022-2023 🔥🔥🎉🎉🎉
Presented by LTA President , this award received by our very own and symbolises our growth this academic year, featuring our student well-being event with and , entering the LTA university pathway for the first time this year, and solidifying our partnership with .
Our teams have also seen great development, with the creation of a new competitive team, LUSL 2, and a huge win percentage all around, with some notable winning streaks🔥🔥

The Macadam Cup returns for 2023!
Who will bring home the prestigious Macadam Cup? Come watch our GKT and LUSL teams battle it out on Wednesday 29th from 1 pm at Kennington park 🔥
After a successful season for both teams, this is their final stand, an epic closing matchup to lay all doubts of who reigns supreme to rest. With an inconclusive and unsatisfactory ending at last year’s Macadam, anticipation is at an all time high, a furious fire is pent up in the players hearts, ready to burst. Relentless training was at the forefront of both teams’ preparation to this clash, through injury, illness, arson, civil unrest and cyberattacks.
Needless to say their skills are well honed, and they are ready for the fight. Make sure to come support some of KCL Tennis’s finest ⚡️✨

AGM ANNOUNCEMENT
We are holding our AGM on Wednesday 22nd from 8pm at Strand Campus.
Location: Nash Lecture Theatre (K2.31) - King's Building
AGM is an event where people that are running for committee positions present their manifestos to the society. If you are running for a committee position you definitely need to be there!! If you are not, there's a massive night out afterwards so it's defo worth coming to have a bit of fun and say bye to leaving club members.
Rules:
- Each speech can be up to 3mins long
- You are allowed to run for two positions but you have to choose between one if they conflict (e.g. you can't be social sec and events officer, or President and Treasurer - if you are unsure, message us to see if you can do both positions together )
- To run for President you need to have been in committee for one year.
- If you are running for captain, you have to be part of the team you are running for.
