I’ve had the honour of training many lovely brides in the lead up to their weddings. What I had never done before is train someone for their wedding… pause for a pandemic… pause for a baby… and then start all over again!
I definitely took the long road but 3 years after buying a wedding dress, I finally got to wear it 🤰👰‍♀️😊

BERRIES provide so many great breakfast options 🫐🍓
You can have em on pancakes, in Greek yoghurt or as a smoothie ⬆️⬆️⬆️

…but also in porridge, sprinkled on granola, in muffins…

Not only are they yummy but they are packed with health benefits!

- Loaded with anti-oxidants
- High in fibre
- Help lower blood pressure
- Packed with nutrients
- Low in calories
- Slow brain ageing
- Prevent inflammation
- Lower cholesterol
- Good for your skin

Throw in some healthy seeds too (like chia or flaxseeds) and you’re on to a winner 😊

Beats sugary cereal any day!

A long overdue shout out to the wonderful who I had the pleasure of training before her transition to runner extraordinaire. It would not be right to let this lady’s accomplishments go by without a mention!
The photos speak for themselves - success brought on through consistent regular exercise, healthy nutrition, an effective mix of cardio and weight training and a lot of hard work! In addition to the incredible body toning, she continually smashed all her fitness goals with huge leaps in speed, strength, endurance and confidence (taking her plank time from 1m 29s to 4m 08s being just one of the many impressive achievements!) Well done Miia, I wish you all the best in your next fitness adventure!
