UPDATE!
I've recently decided to change my personal training business to be more golf focused. I'm now qualified in Golf Fitness, working on the bio mechanics of the swing and how to swing faster, stronger etc..

Week 2 in isolation..... Time to start taking things a little more seriously & focusing on keeping ourselves healthy 🤔
Last week was all about settling in and getting use to working from home, but this week is all about creating a new routine ⏰
Aim to develop a regular routine as quickly as you can and start building good healthy weekly habits, such as;
- Exercising 3-5 times per week 🏋️♂️
- Tracking your nutrition 🥑
- Tracking your sleep (7-8hrs per night) 😴
- Developing a morning routine ☀️
- Having a nighttime routine 🌓
