🐉 Chadwell Heath Dragons – Training! 🐉

The water's calling, and the paddles are ready. Time to work as one, breathe as one, and pull as one. 💪🌊

📍 Where: Docklands Sailing Club, East London
⏰ When: Sundays – meet at 11:30am
🧥 Bring:

· Water bottle
· Trainers / grip shoes (no jeans)
· Spare warm / dry clothes
· Your paddle if you have one (spares available)
· Life jacket (club can provide if needed)

All levels welcome – from first-timers to racers. Just turn up with energy and a smile 😄

From early mornings and intense training sessions to competing at national level, this journey has been built on consistency, resilience, and belief. Nothing about this success is accidental.
