Most female founder CEOs that are visionary wish their week be more manageable.
When structure is in place, things stop competing for attention. There is a clear focus, realistic planning and space to adjust as things change.
The work doesn’t disappear – but it starts to fit. And that’s when momentum feels lighter, not forced.
Not pressure. Just a week that works - without holding yours breath until the weekend comes!
Can you relate too?? 👾
There is a small caviat.
This requires us to change our attitude in two ways:
1. Not aiming for perfect
2. Be willing to let go of so much control that we are used to.
Which of the two is easier for you?

One year ago, I was standing on stage as a GSCA Global Startup Coach Award 2024 winner.
This week, I’ll be back — this time presenting to the new winners.
Life has a beautiful way of coming full circle. 🌱
The startup I coached during the GSCA accelerator has just announced they’ve secured major investment to support their next phase of growth. A powerful reminder of how much can change in just one year.
I spend my work supporting female founders to keep going, believe in themselves, and follow through — and today, I realise I needed that reminder myself too.
Grateful to Dohe (the competition organiser and EdTech leader) for the invitation and excited to be presenting GSCA 2025 at BETT London in ExCel, alongside two wonderful co-winners - Tina and Anna!! 🎉🎉
Building a business can be lonely. Having support, coaching, and people who we can truly celebrate wins together — that’s gold.
Who’s been your biggest cheerleader on your journey?
