Just a quick reminder that we are having a Halloween party!

So on Monday 31st October we would love it if you could join us for a few drinks and snacks. There will be free treats from Ukrainian family-owned vegan healthy sweets brand YARO!

Dressing up is optional but there will be prizes for the 2 scariest clients!

The party will start straight after the class finishes at 8.30pm so why not do an FG2 to get in mood!

Change to our schedule moving forward.From tomorrow the schedule will change as follows:-

SUNDAY: The 8.45am Class will now permanently be a FIIT class

TUESDAY: The evening classes will be taken by the amazing Karl Lova

THURSDAY: The morning classes will now be as follows:

9.30am Fly FLY CLASS DESCRIPTION
10.45am Primal 75 (please note earlier start time)

FRIDAY: The 5.00pm FG60 will now start 15 minutes later at 5.15pm

Just to let you know that we making a couple of changes to next Sunday's schedule.

The 8.45am class will be a FLY class -- this is a new class to our schedule and we would love to hear what you think. A brief description of the class is below

A fluid, multi-level class featuring the poses you know and love, punctuated with the secrets of arm balancing. Build upper body and core power, get fit and flexible in this one hour class.
A one hour class with energetic flows and the secrets to arm balancing. Learn the entry stages to user friendly “glamour poses" such as Crow, Crane, Flying Pigeon, Crazy 8 and more. Turn your world upside down. The poses are within a fluid multi level class, and woven together with the principles of intensity and rest, to get you super strong but as light as air. Explanations and demonstrations increase your understanding. Open to all levels.

The 6.45pm class next Sunday will be a Primal75 with the amazing Karl.
