Lampard Snr started for the youth team of West Ham United in 1964. He debuted for West Ham United in November 1967 in a 3–2 home defeat by Manchester City, and quickly established himself in his preferred left-back position. Lampard was awarded a testimonial game by West Ham on 2 November 1976; a West Ham XI playing Fulham at the Boleyn Ground resulting in a 3–1 win for West Ham.
Frank is the 2nd highest appearance maker for West Ham behind Billy Bonds, with 670 for the club ⚒️

Carrick began his career at West Ham United, joining the youth team in 1997 and winning the FA Youth Cup two years later. He was sent on loan twice during his debut season, to Swindon Town and Birmingham City, before securing a place in the first team by the 2000–01 season 💫

One of West Ham’s finest youth products, Joe progressed through the ranks and signed professional terms in November 1998 before making his first-team debut aged 17 on 2 January 1999 in an FA Cup third round tie against Swansea City.
Joe was instrumental in West Ham’s victorious 𝗙𝗔 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗨𝗣 winning squad (alongside Michael Carrick), defeating Coventry City 9–0 on aggregate in the final!
