Before and after - getting this hub ready for fresh bearings and some new grease as part of a summer service here at the BITSB Isleworth workshop.

30 degrees and climbing in the workshop today when we popped in for a brief bit of work and to test the temperature.

We'll be doing reduced hours during this heatwave so next week is a better bet for booking your bike in for some work. If the forecasts are right, we'll be back to normal hours next week.

Another one of Giant's attractive and comfortable hybrid bikes is now back on the road thanks to a service here at BITSB's Isleworth workshop.

Old and smooth, just like a fine wine. This Dawes town bike is a serene way of getting around town now it's had a check over and a little TLC.

In another sad day for brake pads everywhere, the one on the right is on its way out. In happier news, the one on the left is taking its place :-)

Some bikes, like this Bianchi, are worth the expense of a big service after years of riding. This one needed new wheels and new tyres amongst a number of other parts but it's back safely on the roads of Hounslow now.
