Weโre really pleased to announce our partnership with ! ๐ค
LooseHeadz is a brilliant charity using rugby to challenge mental health stigmas and help clubs create better environments for players and the wider rugby community both on and off the pitch.
The goal is to place a mental health lead in every club across the country and help people feel better equipped to support themselves and others who may be going through a tough time. ๐ค๐ค
Weโre proud to be part of such an important initiative and excited to have them involved with the club.

The season comes to a close after a 36โ10 defeat to Ealing Trailfinders ๐
Across the full eighty minutes, from 1 to 18, the side showed real commitment and refused to step away from the contest against the league leaders.
๐ It has been a demanding season following back-to-back promotions, but the character and effort shown each week, against every opponent, have never been in doubt. There are plenty of lessons to take forward, and a strong sense of pride across the whole club.
Players, staff, supporters and friends have all shown up throughout the year, and that matters. Thanks yโall ๐ซถ

A strong reaction this weekend ๐ฅ
The 2s bounced back with a 39โ22 win over a side from the top end of the table. Ickenham struck first, but the team stayed composed. Through collective phases and constant support at the breakdown, UCS began to win the gain line and gradually took control of the scoreboard. ๐ชฝ
A lively eighty minutes and a result that keeps the season moving forward!
Thank you to everyone on the touchline for the support during another great weekend of rugby ๐

An open and competitive eighty minutes at home, with plenty of positive intent shown throughout! ๐
There were good passages in attack, but turnovers at key moments allowed Hampstead to build their lead and take the result, 42โ16.
๐ A week off now before we host Saracens.

Another big weekend of rugby at home! ๐ฅ
1๏ธโฃ The 1st XV started sharply. Two early tries, a strong scrum and Benny dominant under the high ball gave UCS control from the outset. After a spell under pressure and a try conceded following repeated carries close to our line, the backs settled. The centre pairing found space and struck just before half-time. โก๏ธ
After the break, the team tried to play a bit too much at times. The forwards kept working hard in the tight, and the fly-halfโs kicking helped us play in the right areas. A strong final quarter sealed a bonus-point win, from 1 to 18! ๐โโ๏ธ
2๏ธโฃ The 2nd XV, much changed from recent weeks, came up short but showed real commitment throughout. The attitude was right, and every player put in a shift for the team. ๐
Thank you to everyone on the touchline! ๐ซถ

The 2nd XV are also at home this Saturday, kicking off at 2:30pm on the next pitch against ๐
They sit just ahead of us in the table, which promises a proper contest between the two sides, with plenty to play for. That suits us well, as the team will be led by our seasoned heads, alongside the return of , bringing his usual panache! ๐ฉ
With both UCS teams playing side by side, it should be a full afternoon, followed by the chance to come together after the final whistle. ๐ป

A very different story from the away fixture. After the heavy defeat earlier in the season, the 2nd XV responded with a 46โ10 win over Ealing! ๐ฅ
With ๐ changes from the previous weekend, the side showed intent from the outset. Four early tries set the tone, built on direct running and a willingness to take the game to the opposition. As the half wore on, old habits crept back in. Too many penalties, a desire to overplay, and a few poorly judged kicks allowed Ealing to stay in touch. At 20โ10 at the break, the message was simple: return to the fundamentals and trust our strengths. ๐
The second half delivered. Clean breaks, better decisions and relentless work from the forwards produced a performance that showed what this group can achieve when it stays connected.
Two home fixtures await next Saturday. ๐
Thank you to everyone on the touchline for the support, and to Chris, king of the barbecue, for a proper post-match meal. ๐

The 2nd XV are at home again this Saturday, with an earlier kick-off at 12:40 against 3rd XV. ๐
๐
It will be their 11th match of the season, played under the usual London grey, with rain very much a possibility.
The countdown is on, and the group is ready to put in another honest performance on home soil. ๐ฅ
