**Lead Instructor Introduction**
Sensei Conor Stevens (2nd Dan) has trained in Shotokan Karate for over 20 years. He began his journey at the age of 5 after seeing a poster for a local club, which sparked his desire to learn how to "fight like the Power Rangers."
Initially motivated by this whim, Sensei Conor quickly developed a profound appreciation for both the physical and spiritual aspects of Karate. He successfully earned his 1st Dan in 2011 and achieved his 2nd Dan three years later, both under the guidance of Sensei Gabriel Tan (JKSK/NAKMAS).
Throughout his training, Sensei Conor has had the opportunity to learn from some of the best Karate-ka in the UK and around the world. He has also competed successfully at club, varsity, and national levels, most notably as a member of the Liverpool University Karate Club (KUGB).
Outside the dojo, Sensei Conor enjoys attending and watching various motorsports, cycling, and cooking. He is also an accomplished musician and guitarist, currently serving as Composer-in-Residence at one of South London's leading independent schools.
