Some seriously impressive efforts across the board so far. Big well done to everyone who pushed themselves outside their comfort zone today. The numbers matter… but the effort matters more. 👏

Sometimes the start of year can involve so much ‘catching up’ that the weekend might be your first chance to actually take a break from work/family life and enjoy some quality time in your favourite gym. We have a full schedule this Saturday and Sunday with sessions at 8, 9, 10.15 & 11.15am so dust off the trainers and get back to it. You’ll thank yourself for doing it.

This year is flying by! Well done to everyone who has managed to get straight back into the gym. Don’t worry if you haven’t made it in yet: We’ll be here for you when you’re ready and able. I’d also like to say a big thank you to everyone I coached this evening. It was great to slot straight back in and see some old faces and really nice to see some new ones.
