FREE ONLINE TASTERS!

Hi all! We're super excited to announce our tasters, running on Monday (Today!), Wednesday and Saturday! Please sign up and find the zoom/teams links at our new booking page for online classes: https://www.supersaas.co.uk/schedule/ICPole&Aerial/Online_Classes

On Monday, Valentina from Aerialand will be doing a flexibility for splits, back bending and basic hand balancing class 🤸‍♀️
On Wednesday, Georgie will be doing a splits stretching class! 🧘‍♀️
And on Saturday, Yin will be holding a conditioning session to kickstart your strength 🏋️

These classes are perfect to get started on conditioning your body for upcoming pole/aerial classes, and also great for keeping your skills in good shape. See you over the internet! 👋
