Captained by Devraj Ray, our 1s have won an impressive 13 out of 16 fixtures - 81.25% - so far this season, with one match to play. Consistent. 👏👏👏

Sam Smith and Marcus Cara are among the division’s top 10 highest run scorers, while Sam is also the highest wicket taker, as it stands. Thomas Smith and Obaid Ur Rehman are also in the division’s top 10 wicket takers. 🔥☄️🔥

Keeper JT has claimed the division’s second-most victims, with 22. 🧤

President’s Day at Mill Hill Village Cricket Club returns on Sunday, August 30 from noon for a day of cricket, fundraising and live music featuring Richie Phillips. 🏏🎵

Says Richie: “I use a combination of groovy acoustic guitar and soulful vocals to create fresh live loop pedal covers of your favourite songs.

“For President’s Day, I will play an interactive live set to honour longtime friend of the club Simon Martindill’s 50th, taking requests and diving into my repertoire curated from over 13 years as a full-time musician to create a set unique to the occasion.”

Richie adds: “I love playing cricket events because there’s always such a fantastic atmosphere. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone at the Village and providing the perfect soundtrack to the club’s President’s Day celebrations.”
