Just finished my yearly 7 day water only fast. It can be mentally challenging at times but knowing the physiological changes that take place in the body during the fast can help you pull through.
Dr Voyer was a big proponent of water fasting and elaborated on it in some of his lectures. What happens to your fascia during a prolonged water fasting?

Pelviology 2 last month- Further immersed ourselves into pelvic biomechanics with the horizontal axes, examining cranio-sacral therapy, pelvic dysfunction in pregnancy and ilio-sacral lesions. See you all in April 2026 to study antero-posterior pathological axes in Pelviology 3.

Another ELDOA Level 1-2 Combined Certification course is complete. The new group is out there improving spines and postures and practicing by doing. We tend to use ELDOA mainly in the context of spinal health. ELDOA is also a great, if not the best, exercise technique for fascial health. Why is that important? Think about what fascia and what is its function…. Whether it’s preventative care, improving fitness and performance or rehabilitating an injury, ELDOA should be in everyone’s exercise program for general health. We have courses coming up in the UAE, Serbia and our next Level 1-2 course in London is on the 4-5th of October.
