10 WEEKS!! π
After my first HYROX solo I decided to take my fitness into my own hands and set myself a program focusing on my own hybrid training πͺπΌ
Going from training mostly cardio/HIIT, Iβve now given myself a good balanced mix of strength and endurance training! This has also made it easier for me to dial into my diet. Which together has worked hand in hand to achieve results, both physically and visually. And I feel strong, fit and unstoppable!! ππ»

4 mile Run, every 4 hours for 48 hours!!
Hands down the hardest thing Iβve EVER done, both mentally and physically!
Inspired by taking part in Last Man Standing Ultra this weekend, I decided on Thursday I wanted to try and challenge myself! I said it out loud on Friday morning to hold myself accountable and that was it! I was locked in ππ»
It took ALOT to get through it! But I DID IT!! ππ» and Iβm super proud!!!
Itβs all about stepping out of your comfort zone. Anything is possible if you believe in yourself!! π«
