Healing your body image normally looks like engaging in behaviours unrelated to your body.
Are you allowed to love your body?
Absolutely.
Regardless of whether you do, your positive and/or negative feelings about your body should not be the driver of the actions you take for your body.
This is why neutrality can get people from a place of hate to a place of respect.
