My client Claudia is a busy working girl and president of the guild in her industry.
Some days she finishes her dinner and heads back out at 9pm to complete her job.
She was diagnosed with systemic nickel allergy syndrome 3 years ago which made her gain a total of 30kg (from 50kg to 80kg) in a very short period of time.
Her condition meant it was almost impossible to lose weight.
Claudia was able to lose a few kg here and there, but always hit a hard plateau around 75kg.
When Claudia came to me, she was very doubtful as she’s starved herself before and tired herself out from over exercising, but still couldn’t get under 75kg.
She thought she was going to stay at 75kg forever.
After an in depth conversation I understood that she hadn’t run out of options and we could rewire her body.
This would require using her own body fat as a fuel source via my Protein Cycling Method.
Claudia trusted my plan for her and followed it to a T.
Fast forward 12 weeks later, she lost a total of 9kg.... From 75kg where she thought she was going to be stuck forever.
Not only that, we tested and introduced new foods to her diet to make sure they don’t trigger her allergy, whilst losing weight at the same time.
She stayed on my coaching after 12 weeks and has been consistently losing weight.
She’s currently lost 12kg in total, sitting at 63kg.
Her weight loss journey has been a bumpy one due to her medical condition…
But weight loss plateau is a myth! You can always continue to reduce body fat and lose weight!

Mihaela has a busy 9-5 job in London UK plus working on her own business until 11pm every day.
