Aisling joined JB Fitness UK looking for something she could finally stick with 💪

Like many people, she struggled with anxiety and found it hard to stay consistent with fitness.

The sun is out which means many of us will be getting our running routine underway!

However, the importance of strength training to improve running performance and for injury prevention is often overlooked.

A lot of people think improving running just means adding more mileage.

But if you body isn’t strong enough to deal with the impacts and demands of running, if can quickly lead to aches, pains, poor recovery and injuries.

Strength Training helps build a stronger, more resilient body that can cope with running more efficiently.

Amanda, 49, came to JB Fitness UK feeling stuck.
