I'm excited to announce I'll be running a new 6-week pregnancy Pilates course starting 22nd February. Classes will be on Thursday evenings 7pm - 7:45pm at St Hilda's Church, Brockley Rise.
Pilates is a really brilliant way to prevent back and pelvic pain in pregnancy, prepare for birth, and to relax and take time for yourself.
