Results don’t come from random workouts. They come from structure.
If you are a busy professional, your priorities will always be work and family. That’s exactly why your training needs structure.
When done right, training doesn’t take away from your life. It adds to it.You perform better at work, manage stress better, and have more energy to actually enjoy time with your family.
Yes, chasing progression in the gym is great.Hitting PRs feels good. And as you get stronger and more experienced, training becomes more complex, more technical, and that’s part of the fun and the magic of it.
But the real key is mastering the basics and focusing on steady progress.
The clients who always get results are not the ones doing the most extreme workouts. They are the ones who follow the plan, move well, look after sleep and nutrition, and stay patient long enough for the process to work.
Good movement. Good habits. Patience and Consistency.

When it comes to weight loss journey, one of the first things that comes to mind is calories and where do they go?
We all know, in the most simple way, calories are energy. We get those from our food, that usually will come from your carbs, fats and protein. (I know, I know… but we won’t mention alcohol on this post)
But one question is: where are all these calories go?
Well… it is quite a task to simplify it in a post, but let’s try it.
Calories can go to three main places.
First, to keep you alive.
Breathing, heart beating, brain working, body temperature, hormones, digestion… all of that costs energy. This is your baseline, and it takes more calories than most people think.
Second, to move you.
Training, steps, workouts, cardio, fidgeting, daily life. The more you move, the more calories are required here. This is the part people usually try to “out-train”.
And third, to build and repair.
This is where protein plays a different role. Protein calories are not just fuel. They are used to repair muscles, build tissue, support your immune system and recovery. They are harder to store and more expensive for the body to process.
If calories don’t go to any of these places, then yes… they get stored.
Mostly as fat.
That’s why weight loss is not just about “eating less”.
It’s about how much you eat, what you eat, and what your body needs at that moment towards your goals.
Consistency and Structure will always be the key.

How is January going?
Are you still relying on motivation to get you started?
Well… bad news… it won’t happen.
Motivation can be the force you rely on to start, but it won’t be the solution that will walk by your side every single day.
Motivation is a silly and tricky mechanism that appears now and then but goes away in a blink.
But then you ask, how to keep it closer?
As I said, it is a great tool, but it just works with another two by its side: consistency and patience.
When it comes to training, no matter what your goals are, you need to be consistent and patient.
As cliché as it sounds… it is what it is.
Keep showing up, follow the plan (get one if you don’t have it already), and be patient.
When you get up from your bed in the morning, do not negotiate with your mind. Trust me, it will persuade you!
Get up, move, and follow the plan.
You got this! I am sure!
Need help! You’ll find me at THE CUT
Drop me a message and let’s make it happen.

Proud to share Jamie’s results.
Jamie was one of my first clients when I started to work at THE CUT .
He was already focusing on his transformation , but there were some holes on his diet and training and we had to adjust.
We kept it consistent and trained as hard as never.
Diet fell in great place and training was levels up.
The results speak for themselves.
Very proud of you, Jamie. You showed that it can be done!
Couldnt expect anything less.

The gym has been my safe space for 20+ years.
I started lifting at 15 with my old friends back home.
Through the years I’ve gone through many phases:
– My 20’s were all about cruising, training without much structure while partying and fun took the lead.
– In my 30’s, I got more focused, grew as an athlete, and became a personal trainer.
Now, as I approach 40, the goal is clear: age with quality—improve my health and explore new sports beyond the gym.
But no matter the time, no matter the place…
The gym will always be where I grow, where I learn, and where I’ve met some amazing (and not so amazing 😅) people.
✨ The iron never lies, and it has shaped not just my body, but my life.

you’ll never let it go.
Forget perfect.
Choose growth.
No excuses.
No limits.
No breaks.
Get up. Show up. Do it.

GBC — German Body Composition training.
A method used in elite personal training studios for a reason.
It’s fast, efficient, and gets real results.
That’s why we use it here at THE CUT, where advanced personal training meets the busy life of Londoners.
No time wasted. Just progress.

Coaching taught me that guiding others helps me grow just as much.
Sure, I have my off days—just like anyone else.
I’m not always full of energy, and motivation isn’t always there.
But I’ve learned that’s part of the journey.
What keeps me going isn’t being perfect every day.
It’s the progress I see in the people I work with.
The small wins. The mindset shifts. The strength they never thought they had.
Their results remind me why I do this.
I may guide them—but they inspire me just as much.
Just like with the sled… some days feel heavy, some days feel slow—
but you don’t stop.
You just keep pushing until the end.
We grow together.

I’m so proud of all the people I’ve met over the years — not only old clients, but other coaches that became good friends along the journey too. I know how tough this industry can be, how it tests us, challenges us, and makes us question ourselves at times. But seeing so many of you keep grinding, keep learning, and never let your passion die… that’s what keeps me going too.
It’s not always easy. There are days full of doubts, injuries, setbacks, and moments where everything feels like it’s against you. But you still show up. You still move forward.
To every client who chose to trust the process, to every coach out there building others up while growing themselves — I see you, and I’m inspired by you. Keep going, keep thriving, and never let that fire burn out.
