Do you like chicken breasts? I most certainly don't, unless I prepare them... In a special way!😉
Marinading relatively dry meat, such as chicken breasts, in water and salt for 24 hours (has to be kept in the fridge) tenderisers it and keeps it succulent, even after cooking it for up to 45 minutes on high heat (around 200°) in a casserole dish🤓.
Next time you feel like having a takeaway chicken, instead of giving in to that craving, pop in your local store, buy some chicken breasts, marinade them in water and salt and enjoy the mouthwatering taste of slightly salty and tender chicken breasts, with a side of your choice or on their own.🤤

Buckwheat is a great vegan source of protein and takes less than 30 minutes to cook from scratch.
For me, buckwheat is the number 1 choice for carbohydrates. I have it boiled in water - with salt and olive oil - and served as a side, paired with meat or fish as the main dish.
The 2 most common buckwheat products are the raw and roasted ones. I choose roasted buckwheat, as I prefer it's taste than the raw one - after boiling of course - plus it boils faster than the raw one.

Mackerel🐟 - a brilliant example of protein source - is my number 1 choice of grilled fish.
If you are yet to try it, my recommendation is to cook it on a barbecue 🔥.

Protein is essential for maintaining and building muscle mass.
There's no rocket science here - if you want to maintain or build muscle mass, you have to eat enough protein on a daily basis.
To ensure you have enough protein every day throughout the week, cook big amounts protein rich foods - my choice is meat - and enjoy your muscle gains.💪🏻
